UCLA Faculty Update

DR. ANGELA PRESSON has joined the faculty
as an adjunct assistant professor in the Department
of Biostatistics, with a focus on statistical genetics.
Presson was a postdoctoral fellow in the
Department of Human Genetics, David Geffen
School of Medicine at UCLA and received her Ph.D.
in Statistics from UCLA. She was awarded Best
Presentation at last year’s Critical Assessment
of Microarray Data Analysis (CAMDA)conference.
